Default Blame the SAEs?

I have a 55 Gal. with 5 male congo tetras, 11 Hengel's rasboras, 1 glofish (a gift!?!), and 3 Siamese Algae Eaters.

Are the SAEs chewing on my anubias and the Congos' dorsal fins - or, maybe on the fins and the Congos are eating the anubias?

I see the tetras eating duckweed and the SAEs eating Java fern, but the rest is a mystery to me.
