Default Floating Plant ID

i found a picture of an aquarium i really like, and want to model my next turtle tank off of, can someone identify the plant shown floating in the picture below, or give me the name of something that will grow similar to this? its hard to tell, and for all i know it might not even be a true "floating" plant. thanks.

It might not even be a true plant - perhaps a plastic plant, imitating bamboo twigs or so.

It looks like it might be wisteria (hygro difformis). It's hard to tell.

Manzanita.com has quite a selection of driftwood. If you call them they are very eager to assist you.

Looks like Bamboo leaves to me. I work in the wood industry and I'm fairly familiar with Bamboo. Picture is not up close, but does look like Bamboo.

Looks like a plastic floating plant to be based off on guppy grass aka najas guadalupensis.

Of course you can buy Guppy grass like that... Some people offer gallon ziplock bags of it for cheap.
