I only have a 125g, but if I had a 200+ it would be the same. Multiple canister filters, strategically placed, each with their own CO2 tank with line being fed into intake tube. Anyone with a tank that big probably can afford 2-3 nice canister filters with a CO2 tank for each. All would be hooked to one pH monitor. I'll never do anything but this method on future tanks. It's been very succesful for me. Good luck and let us know what you go with after seeing everyone's responses!

Something of this size is prime candidate for a Needle Wheel pump. Easier to install and no loss in filter performance

I would rather avoid a needle wheel if I can. I have a very strong background in reefs, I have yet to hear a needle wheel pump I like.

I'm still debating on how much light I want to put on this tank.

I'm currently running a crude, DIY reactor on my hex tank.

One of those things, I'd love to spend time refining it, get it to the point where I can use a CNC router and mass produce them.

You have access to a CNC? I used to work with CNCs on plastic. It was one of my favorite jobs. There are so many things you can do with one.

It would be nice if it have a CO2 reactor... either DIY or you can buy one which is driving by a power head or canister filter. The kind they would be dissoled nearly 100%.

you could always get a splitter for your co2 tank. have multiple lines come off the same tank that would be way more efficient than having a tank per filter. or you could have multiple diffusers in your water as well. or the reactor is a great idea as well
