Mostly from fellow hobbiests. I've had it once, but it did not survive (can be quite picky depending on your water). I believe you might find it from an online retailer, but I don't kow for sure.

It is available from Aquabotanic I think, Otherwise put a wanted add in the swap and shop. I have not found it difficult to grow in high tech tanks.

If you get it from Aquabotanic it might be the emersed form. That is what I got. I only ordered from there one time. It has to change over to submerged leaves. The emersed form is really not very nice looking. It takes quite a while for it to change over.

If I were you I'd get it from the for sale forum.

I got mine from Petland here in Canada. I know they order their plants from Tropica. Maybe you could contact Tropica. I bought 1 pot and they were about 2 inches high. Cute little plants, but that was 8 months ago. After a move and a summer of some neglect and abuse, they are over 10 inches tall and a little leggy, but I still love these plants. I add some DIY CO2 (I'm a little forgetful on refilling it sometimes) and finally got a timer a couple months ago.
