Default Riccia

Hello,
I just rcvd a riccia that was poorly pkgd. It has completely come apart and is clumps and shreds in my aquarium. I am not real happy. Can some one offer some guidance as to what to do? Can it be fixed?
Thanks,

That's expected, no plant will remain perfect after transport. Take those clumps and shreds and tie them down to a rock or driftwood. Or you can let them float for a few weeks and they'll grow back into one piece.

Riccia can reproduce by fragmentation. Each of your fragments should regenerate - nothing to worry about.

I use to raise riccia. I used lots of water current, co2 and regular fertz. when i wanted to use it
i would lay a net out, throw in bunch of loose riccia place a rock on top then just pick up the ends
twist them to gether and tie off with mono fishing line then cut off excess netting.
Place in bottom of tank, couple weeks later it would grow through the net and start pearling like crazey.
