For those who use Lily Pipes
For those of you who use Lily pipes how are you preventing the Protein building up at the surface? Are you adjusting the pipes to the surface a bit?
I never had this problem before with just using a HOB?

Re: For those who use Lily Pipes
If adjusted just right they form a little whirlpool which prevents the surface slime.

The whirlpool effect depends on how strong the filter. It will create the vortex in any hight nor left or right.

Re: For those who use Lily Pipes
I suppose my pipe is too low below the surface. Do you guys mind taking a pic of your pipes location so I can see exactly where to put it?
