Hi Everyone,

I have been a member here for a few months but never did the introduction post--so here goes. . .

My name is Roy and I live in Lansdale, PA--northern suburb of Philly. I got my first aquarium (90 gallon!) last year. It started as a fish only tank but as I became fascinated with planted aquariums online I have slowly (and painfully) converted it to a planted tank.

It was only after finding this site and reading a ton of old threads that my tank started to take off (thanks for all the great info here!). I am currently just gaining confidence that my plants will continue to grow and that I don't have to replant every piece I trim! Getting some of my plants to the water surface was a big deal for me.

Here's a pic of my tank now: (not a good photo--been reading the posts on photography but not ready to make a big investment on a camera yet)



Too many fish but I can't stand to part with any of them (or catch the ones I can!) yet.

The tank looks great, you dont need fancy camera or photoshop to have nice tank
