SemperFish

Hello everyone. I've been checking the forums for a lot of helpful information and finally figured I'd join. Like many I started with a bowl and goldfish. My current setup is a 29 gal with several amazon swords, anubis, a couple of plants I don't know, and some java moss. I have a aqueon 55 power filter, DIY CO2, API first layer substrate mixed in with small to medium gravel. I have a dual t-8 fixture with a GLO flora grow (2900K) and GLO life (6700K). I use seachem flourish, flourish excel, and flourish iron. For fish I have one pleco, 5 glow light tetras, 3 neon tetras, 5 black tetras, and 5 guppy's with small fry.

The only problem I have is some algae that looks like short black hair that grows on the outside edges and ends of my plants.

ammonia : 0
nitrite : 0
nitrate : less than 10ppm (quick dip test)
KH: 80ppm
GH: 90ppm
