Talking Hey Im new!

Hey guys/gals Im from california and Im 17, and I decided to make a thing on here to help me with some advice for my fish tank, I have 3 green spotted puffers, in a 10 gal that Im switching to 30 gal next week, in my planted tank. I have one marimo ball, 1 amazon sword, 1 pellia, java moss, bamboo, and these three long stalkish plants growing in my tank. The puffers are great together and they just like to munch on the stalkish plants which I dont mind. I mixed black sand and sea chem flourite for the tank, and so far it works, the only problem I have is getting co2 into the tank. I keep the tank at about 70 degrees and use one flora glo bulb for light. I use co2 pills in the tank, and I noticed my java moss had turned a dark brown color in higher temp water, which is why I lowerd it. I do have a brown algae problem at them moment so any tips?D
