Welcome to APC! Check out the sticky threads in the various sub-forums and also the "library" where you'll find lots of information on getting started off right. Those threads will generally answer the majority of your questions and help you decide what type of setup is right for you. There's a really long, but good, discussion on filtration in the DFW club sub-forum I recommend as well.
