Default Hello from So. Calif.

Hi folks!

I'm going to try my hand at a small planted tank. I have had a 60 gallon planted tank in the past, but don't really have the room for it now. I've found I do miss having one, so thought I would see if I could just trick out a small one By small I mean really small...a Biorb Flow. 15L. We will see how it goes

Welcome to APC! I miss my 125, but we've been moving around lately, so I have a JBJ Pico that I have set up in the meantime (till we settle down at the end of the year). One huge plus to the small tanks is that maintenence is a breeze

I'm thinking Anubias and Vesicularia (to wrap around the tube in the center). Might that be okay in this LED lit tank?

I've seen Anubias grow in dense shade and in bright light, but I know nothing about LED enough to know if it's good for plants in general. There is some good discussion in the lighting forum about LED and someone in there could answer your questions.
