Just going by my 45-p, Im gonna say you are going to need a new light lixture. I am using the 40w current usa 20" fixture and thinking about downgrading to the 28w coralife. The ammount of ferts/co2 you need for 96w over a 45-p is a lot, and you are going to have to have it super densely planted or you will have algae...

Other than that, yours looks good so far, also in the meantime I wouldn't run that light more than 6-7 hours max for now while things grow in.

UPDATE: Tank is cycled, added 2 otos, 5 Amano Shrimp added, 2 amanos jumped out

Bocopa kinda grows slow but its getting there, ive trimmed it 2x and its now starting to grow faster i think its just getting used to being submersed, dwarf sag grows preety fast new runners everywhere, Hydrocotyle Verticillata wasnt looking good so it got trashed. I added Moss i found under a tree in my backyard to the driftwood as a experiment and its spreading preety well, so we'll see how that goes.

Here are the Pics:

And this is a random pic of what drove up to my school a couple days ago

I would keep an eye on that moss, evidently non-aquatic mosses (like star moss) are known to be hit or miss, they might grow a little but, but eventually die off.
