Default rollntider's 20 gallon tank

Hi all been a long time lurker, and maybe posted a time or two, but i enjoy reading peoples stuff.

Anyways decided to post what i am doing.

Equipment:
Penguin biowheel 110 *
Future:
Finnex 360 canister (in addition to the biowheel 110, its being used by my Celestial Pearl danio tank)
4 tube t5ho light fixture (4 x 24w) 6500k
2 nighttime Blue LEDS
30 lbs of eco complete substrate
3 "zebra stone" rocks from a pet store
100w heater
digital thermometer
Hagen DIY CO2 with airstone placed under filter intake sucking the bubbles
Back is blacked out with vinyl from a craft store

ferts :
Osmocote plus DIY gel caps

flora:
Rotala Indica
Bacopa caroliniana
Amazon Sword
Dwarf Hair Grass
Hemianthus callitrichoides(HC)(on order)
Eriocaulon parkeri(on order)
Poaceae Purple bamboo(on order)

Planned fauna:
Celstial pearl Danios (6 in a 5 gallon now waiting)
Corydoras Habrosus (will order after the danios are settled in)
maybe(still debating):
pair of German blue rams (open to listen to pros and cons of adding them)

currently cycling with 5 ghost shrimp

First shot the Hair grass was just setting in there after I got the Bacopa planted (my sons glo fish tank next to it with actinic lighting, I call it his Disco puke tank)
Second shot after all is planted
3rd is a side view shot

*(I bought one of the new penguin biowheels for this and it is the worse filter I have ever used, its sitting on my shelf,it was loud while in use and could not keep it quiet.)

i added my HC on the left of the rock and moved the hair grass to the right.
The guy from aquabid sent me some ludwiga repens x arcuata and I added it to the valley entrance to the rocks
My Eriocaulon parkeri looks really nice, better than I thought it would.

bamboo over my rams cave.

i would like the HC to grow on top of that rock its resting on. Any suggestions on how to get it to stay there? Right now I am just resting a moss ball on it until I can figure something out
