I say 2 XP3's. You will have plenty of space for media. It will give you plenty of flow in the tank. The XP series of filters are great. I have am XP2 on my 75G tank that I love.

Ok what about this I get one FX5. Would that cut it. I really don't want two canisters but I want to have enough filter for the tank.

Two filters IMO will always be the better choice, adds filter media options, simplifies filter cleanings, more circulation, etc....
it has 5 media trays, (Xp4) that is if you dont use the bio chem zorb in the first basket
