L. glandulosa needs high light and CO2. It is a beautiful plant and a slow grower. You need to make sure it is planted one stem at a time so that it doesn't get shaded at the bottom of the stem. If it gets shaded it will drop it's leaves. With high light and CO2 it's not really that difficult. Make sure you dose consistently providing plenty of iron. It can be a beautiful plant. It's definitely a background plant.

Thanks for the comments. Tex the Glandulosa is for sure a slow grower but I really like how it changes color in my tank when I up the iron. Got this one from CrownMan and its my new fav plant. It also seems to like the K2SO4 that I put in with my E.I. regimine.
