might be good to bulk up carpet, floating plants and mosses ,so you dont have to buy as much

oh yeah, if you like low light and replacing them about every three years or so, perfect.

Take a close look, those are 5mm LEDs and do not preform well under aquatic conditions. Not to mention their longevity is not near what they state, usefulness is only about 10K hours max, if even that.
