Default Med or Low lighting 9325k

Hi Everybody
I have a 55gal tank with a Current CF lighting fixture that has two 65 watt 6700k bulbs(130 watts total). The fixture has the legs on it that raise it about 1.5" above the tank. Would this be consider Med light or low light. Also I was considering changing to two 9325k bulbs that I keep hearing about that are 55 watts but I prefer to stay in the med light catagory if that is where I am at. any suggestions or comments appreciated. Thanks
