Home Depot or Lowes.
The wiring diagram will be printed on the ballast.
The electronic ballasts will emit less heat and also last longer than a magnetic ballast.

Hi Neil,

You need an electronic ballast (as opposed to a magnetic ballast) rated for 120 VAC input and at least 80 watts continuous power output with the correct number wires for your series or parallel 2X36 setup.

A Fulham Workhorse 5 (WH5-120-L) works with a twin lamp 2X39/36 watt series or parallel set up per their Wiring Diagram Number 9 for Workhorse 5 ballast.

Fulham makes quality ballasts (used by AH Supply in their kits) and are available online from many reliable retailers.
