Great find on the first post! I found some (mysteryplant ) decangulare this weekend (I won't spoil the mystery in case other want a guess. ) If I have the Genus wrong please let me know.
I don't mean to harsh on anyone's mellow, but the pink flowered plant is WATER SMARTWEED. I don't think it is able to survive for long without access to the surface.

It's scientific name is Polygonum amphibium
