Requesting shipping status on diffuser - Mad Captain's Aquariums

I ordered a diffuser from you on July 29. It is now Aug. 10, and I have not received it, not have I received word from you about shipping it. I am hoping you can contact me soon with the status of my item. I sent you a message through e-bay, so my information is there, but to refer you here as well, here's a link to what I bought.

It has been three days, and you haven't responded to either of my emails regarding shipping, nor have I received my product. I regret that I will have to file a claim with paypal if I do not hear from you within another week.
