Great looking nano's. How much time would you say you spend on them? I just dont think I would have the patience for that.

Hello, thanks for the compliment. How much time I spend depends on whether I leave them be, or get a wild hair to change something or trim away like edward s.
As far as normal maintenance and feeding, only 5-10 min a day. Waterchanges are generally all done in one day, once a week on six tanks.{the largest only gets a change every other week~ a sw 90 gal reef} It takes me all day but I take my time...... and lots of breaks.

Thank you for the compliments. Foofooree, I have been reading a bit on them after someone in germany made a comment about it. It seems there are many types, he has some in his garden with pink flowers. They are used often as small bonsai.
Hi Jdinh04..yes Carole is correct. Thanks for the petites{it was you who I got them from right?} they could not have worked out better. They are very healthy, though I did note that their leaves were slightly larger than the original ones I had. I wonder what makes the difference, and I wonder if like some other plants..if you pinch off certain leaves new ones will grow in smaller?
Hi ngb2322, all fish have different personalities, but mine has never touched a shrimp. She would rip up a pond snail though! I suggest reading about them as much as you can before considering them, at dwarfpuffers.com. They may not bother shrimp, but they can go after fish much larger than themselves..and even each other if you have more than one. They can be difficult to feed at first.

You have that backwards, I am an old lady... up early. My Finnex light has been giving me a fit,it works, then doesn't. I have ordered a new one. And, I ran my mouth and ran my mouth about that tank not having any algae...well now it does. Some thread algae, that one seems to be my battle. It's really bad in Thai's tank right now too. *sigh*
