Default New Nano: need advice

Im setting up my first nano in a little 6" cube vase. Im trying t ofind a light for it. I want it to be hi lite. I will use excel for co2. What light should I use? Im trying to find a clip on one but I have no idea what to get. How many watts will I need to grow HC and get some red in my red plants? Im going to use Aquasoil as my substrate. Id like to do HC on the bottom with a little rock and maybe some diplis diandra in there as well and a little petit nana or something. Im not going to bother with a mini filter as I can easily change the water with a plastic cup and do 2x a week water changes. DO I have the right idea here? REeally need help on the lighting, or any other things I may be missing. Only live stock will probly be a couple shrimp and maybe a little killi or something.

JEBO makes some nice 9-13watt clip on cfl lamps, not sure where to get them though if you live in the states. e-bay has them but sometimes a little over priced on the shipping.

i was kicking around the idea of some drop lights used for working on cars. their cfl 9or 13watts also and you can find them pretty cheap but i found the $20 home depot lamp 27watt might be a little to much for your setup.

i think around 10 watts would be ok. when thier small tanks the whole wpg rule (IMHO) goes bye bye.

i also think the no filter idea is ok i plan to do the same on my 4 gal.
