What do you think I can grow with a 7watt clip on over a 5x5 cube vase with Excel for co2. Think I can grow some HC with this or possibly some rotala mini or lobelia? OR will I be limited to petit nanas and some moss?

I would try some highlight plants and see how that works, and if it goes bad switch to lower light plants or get a higher light.

Java ferns, many kinds of moss, Bacopa, Ludwigia (maybe)...
