Default Wouldn't one of these make an awesome nano?

I've been looking for a cheap lemonade jar with a spigot to make a nano! I think the spigot would make water changes super easy, and you could easily plant something in front of it to hide it. Something like this infusion jar:

Or this beverage dispenser:

... but hopefully for much cheaper If you guys ever see a great deal on something like this, let me know. It's my summer project to make a little nano for my dorm! By the way, how do you think you can make the lowest-maintenance nano possible?

But... but then I'd have to choose between a nano and making infused vodka! 8(

Pretty sweet, though. Pity about the $$$... here's to garage sales!

Just make sure the seal around the spigot does not leak.
I too have had this thought. Then I throw it out the window when I remember the containers I have had where it has leaked around that spigot. I say go for it , have fun ,and buy a tube of aquarium sealant.

Makes sense the gasket to stop if from leaking is usually only a peice of foam. Tho thats not what you are saying when you have to clean out the sticky stuff from the bottom of the fridge.....

No kidding. My girlfriend and I have been looking for this type of container (to make sun tea, not an aquarium-- or infused vodka, for that matter) for years. Every single one we've bought in that time (only two or three, but decent quality ones we were convinced wouldn't leak) has wound up leaking. :\
