this is my very first attempt at creating a planted tank. Please advise if I'm doing anything wrongly. I create mini marimo balls (the smallest on the right is about 6mm) and uses very short strands of what I suspect are Asian Ambulia. (please correct me if it's wrong!) I'm doing partial water changes with a 5ml syringe and have a normal halogen lamp shining over it as well as indirect sunlight daily. This has been set up for about a week and you can see the Ambulia growing offshoots in the left plant.

thanks! I'm wondering if there's anything I can add to this or just wait it out and see how the ambulia grows up. maybe trim the ambulia so it's more bushy?
