Default 14 gallon

Hello hello! Here's my 14 gallon. Please let me know what you guys think, and constructive criticism is welcomed as I'm still kind of new to this. I started in June, and the photo I have on here is a lil rescape as of August 31, 2009.

I might of planted the glosso and baby tears wrong so if I did, let me know! I've been struggling with growing a foreground plant since I've began. Also, if anyone knows how to make Flame Moss grow faster, please let me know!

Flora: Flame Moss, Sunset Hygro, glosso, baby tears, Ambula, Rotala vietnam, anubias barteri, anubias nana, and i think the stuff on the far right is water sprite.

Fauna: 3 cardinals, one of which I think has MB, 4 neons, and 1 amano shrimp

Substrate is Flourite, and I use Excel daily and Flourish once a week.

Lighting is 2x 15 watt CFL

Thanks for lookin!

from what I can see, you planted the HC and glossostigma correctly.

if everything grows in correctly you'll have an underwater jungle pretty soon!

You're new to this? Your tank looks great. And no CO2? Way to go. I keep seeing more tanks like yours, and I'm going back to reefs. They seem to be a lot easier.

FBG- thanks! Went for easy plants to grow since im a newb. lol

Catfish- thanks! Im tryin to make it into a tree but the flame moss is growin all slow.

Mpe- ive always wanted to try reefs but theyre a bit intimidating. Nano reefs are definetly awesome but i especially love those giant ones i can get lost in. Its like looking into another world.

Luis- thanks! I want to see how far i can go before buying a co2 tank.

New pix comin soon!
