Default question concerning rocks in Tank

I like to put some larger rocks in both of my Aquariums.
The question I have is do I need to move them every time I clean my tank? I am afraid that debris will get caught under the rocks.
Also if there would grow any algae on it how is the best way to get rid of it I heard of a bleach but have no clue as to what I would do.
I am a newbie and just playing with redoing some of my scaping. I like the thought of starting with my 10 g natural tank but afraid I am asking for trouble.
Txs in advance.

No- you definitely don't move them-- EVER! So don't worry about that.
As for algae, shrimp & O-cats will help keep them clean, and beyond that you can use a stainless steel brush to scrub them clean once in a while.

the only time you would move your rocks is if you're redoing your aquascape, otherwise leave them be as jeff mentioned.

Is there any particular reason that you think your heading for trouble?

The only time that I clean my entire substrate is when I'm completely redoing my aquascape. Otherwise the plants use the debris as nutrients, no need to worry about what you can't syphon out.

As far as the rocks go if they do get covered in algae, just remove them from the tank and scrub them with a brush. Other then that keeping some algae eaters will help control the algae to a certain point.

I think I am worried about getting green water I have this thank going since February and I have had so many battles. I am tempted to redo my scape but afraid of stirring bad things up in the gravel. I had 1 rock before and always found stuff under it it worried me I have some cool rocks from a colorado River I like to use they don't alter my PH I checked for that .........
when I first started this tank I just planted plants at will now I like to see a story behind it.
oh yeah how does one post a picture I wanted to do that but did not get anywhere
