Default Yay, my tanks pearling

Sorry, just excited at the fact that I've finally managed to get my tank pearling. I'm now interested to see what happens to my algae, mostly staghorn.

My PH has dropped from 7.4 to 6.4, KH is 1.7 degrees. I'm tempted to increase it with my Nutrafin PH stabilize, but there's lots of advise on here not to mess with it. I'm using DIY CO2, with 2 2L bottles + nutrafin bottle, injecting into my Rena xp2 filter. 46 gallon aquarium. Bubble counter is at 1.1 BPS. Calculator indicates I'm at 20 ppm of C02.

Have setup a timer for my air pump to turn on at night.

Anything else I should be considering?

And one day into C02 at 20 ppm, I noticed an ich outbreak...

So, temperature up to 88 degrees (fish seem to be ok with it), C02 halted and air pump running to increase oxygen. Kordon's Ich Attack added since it won't damage the plants. Hopefully won't be long until I can begin again.

I'll update you on how Ich Attack works and any side effects it has. It was sure a pain trying to find medication that wouldn't harm plants. Maracide (by Mardel) and Rid-Ich as well as Ich Attack seemed to be the ones most mentionned for planted tanks.
