Good start. The stems plants look thick and healthy, is that some new growth since you've had them or did they come that long? It's just about time for a trim already!

Pretty much. There is a sticky in the General Aquarium Plants Discussion forum about trimming ("Pruning Timeline" ) that will shed some light on the subject. You can trim and replant the tops to increase your plants. Where you trim you should get a couple new shoots. The next time you trim, do it above that point (keep getting more and more shoots and bushier groupings).
