Default What lighting is better?

What type of lighting is better for Christmas Moss? Flouressent or Incandescent or Daylight? Also what is the best hanging filter for aquatic plants, so that the plants dont clump onto the nossle where the water is sucked in? I have a 10 gallon tank

Thanks

flouro or incandecent is a type of bulb .... daylight is a color description that gets thrown around by bulb companies.

types of bulbs typically used by plant hobbyist are:

Metal halide
Compact florecent (i know.... i mispelled it so what?)
T5HO

color bulbs you may want to consider using are:

6500k
6700k
8000k
8800k
9325k
10000k

hope that helps
thanks
