It's only 30cm in height. Yes, lucky me to get this plant very red. Usually, I can't get this bright red coloration. I plant them in my 9000L outdoor aquatic plant garden using sunlight.. The media is soil, Osmocote, Wonder Gro Root+, and Jobe's Aquatic Plant..
Regards,

Jeffrey | Hashbaz - That is the same size as my Kleiner Bar sword which has red on the new growth. It might be an alternative to this plant since it is much cheaper and easier to find. |

You could only find them in auctions for a while, and then when stores started getting them, they were still expensive. It was the same way with Red Flames many moons ago.
My bet is that it will be the same way for red diamond. I remember looking for the veronika sword several years ago and reading about them on the AGA email subscriptions (I think that is where it was)
Can't wait to see this plant in person some day.

Looking at the plant on the left, looks like there is a lot lesser light for that particular sword, maybe try to space it out more. This plant is lovely, wish we had more rarer oddities like this available in the US. Here are updated pictures of mine. |
