It seems that the leaner the conditions are, the finer the leaves become. However, this plant seems to grow well under a wide range of conditions. How wide? I'm not quite sure.

My experience as well and using KH0~0.5 ~GH3~4. Top gets a nice nice orange hue under good lighting which clearly stands out from the rest of the plant.
