The leaves look a little dried out. Have you sprayed them with water 2 times a day?

Looks interesting, have you tried it submersed yet? I suspect that it will be like Crypt. Florida sunset that dosent keep it cool verigated look submersed.

Leave are not dried out. You can see that the original leaves are still normal. They are kept in a humidome which runs around 85% humidity.

I do have the same species submerged but they do not have any variegated leaves. I did not submerged these to test to see if it keeps its variegation.
