Default Where do i start

Hi i want to start a palu but not sure where to start i have a 120 gal equipment is not a problem at all but i am not sure where to start so i would like some guideline please. i want to have water to about 1/4 or 1/3 of the tank to put a few fish in. back ground in cork with fountain, foger, rain system.

Ehiem 2213 would be great in a tank like that.

Is there a special care for the water like ph kh gh and all the stuff like in planted tank.

I have i 2215 and 2217 with heater in the filter. does the water need special tempture or just room temp. My guess it depend of the animal in it???

dart frogs need room temp and yea same stuff for a planted tank. what do you plan on keepin in there?

i would perrsonally suggest looking for information on a falso bottom first. Unless u arent doing that then I would look at some of the other palus on this forum.

I would only suggest PDF if you are okay with shallow water. Otherwise I would go with some sort of newts. Maybe fire-bellied.
