Default river tank set-up

saw this on ebay seems like a pretty good deal your getting a tank and lights and the river tank set up, seems like all you need is a filtration set and your good to go. It's a shame i would love to get this but i live in NY and the seller wont sell to NY. Although i would like to see what the actually kit looks like

i've seen that site before I beleive thats a different product but its pretty much the same idea. That product as made by abundan tearth, they had a insert that would fit a 10 gallon tank that i was gonna get unfortently it seems they dont carry the product anymore, if any one know where i can get one or if someone has one they wish to sell please let me know
