Very neat paludarium you got there. It must've taken some time to get it to look like that. Nice work. I think maybe trimming out the roots away from the plants a bit (not too much) would be a good idea as they look overgrown.
It's hard to tell in the picture, but the hanging stuff is live Spanish Moss (T. usenoides). I tried some regular moss from the forest but I couldn't keep it moist enough, since there is fairly good air movement for the orchids.
