Am I missing anything? As far as the emerged setup goes all that is needed is the tank hood and stand. I have everything else.

The doors open at 10:00 am for setup. I personally would like to be there as soon as they open so that we can overcome any problems that we may come across throughout the day. If anybody can make it for the setup or can contribute anything please let me know on this thread. We can definitely Use more plants. Anything that can be contributed would be appreciated. Also, if anybody has a truck or SUV, it would be a big help in delivery.

I forgot to add that we need a poster or something big with our name and sponsor (which would be All Oddball Aquatics) on it.

I have some Polygonum and hairgrass we could use.

I can be there Sunday and probably about 6:30 or so on Friday. So basically, I can help finish the setup, take it down, and man the booth.

You could try Kinkos; my company uses them for printing signs.

I expect to be there by 6PM Friday. I can be there Sat & Sunday to man the booth and help with take down.

Thanks for the replies everybody. I will be able to borrow my dad's truck on Friday. Katie and I are working on the poster. I would like to have a logo to put on it if possible. If it is going to be expensive to print then I will use money from the PAPAS treasury to fund it. Otherwise I will pay for it.

Bob, any idea on a time that you will get there. So far it seems like only you and me for the initial setup.

Also, I can probably just use my 20 gallon tank, glass canopy, and lights for the emerged setup unless somebody can get me something else before Friday.

As I said I would like to get there as early as possible. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I think the club can afford to spring for it .


I wish I could take the day off to be there early Friday, but the way things are at work I am lucky to be able to get Saturday & Sunday off.
