My tab water 9 degrees so i think i have enough Mgs04.And also i add 1.5 tsp equilibrium after 50% water change and 2 tsp turbo calcium.Maybe i need to add more equilibrium? And how much do i need to add mgs04 to my 120 gallon tank? And do you think i have to much light for 120 gallong i have 324 watts in total T5?Thanks

Add one tablespoon of epsom salts (MGSO4.7H20) in your 120 gallon tank. If your plants are Mg deficient, you should see much improved growth in a week or two (assuming they don't immediately get deficient in some other nutrient) and no further development of holes in older leaves.

Magnesium deficiency is the likely deficiency, and we will find out in the next few weeks. If the plant growth is good, and if these symptoms do not continue to show up as the new leaves get older, then we can conclude that it really was magnesium deficiency. Also, don't make major water changes for the next several weeks. We don't want to remove all that magnesium you just added.

Those last two pictures look like damage, rather than a deficiency. You said you had a bushynose pleco. That is the likely suspect.

Looking back at this thread (over a year after it was posted). The plants are showing clear signs of both pleco damage and potassium deficiency. The little pin holes are pretty clearly that, notice the yellow/brown boarders. Fish or snail damage doesn't leave boarders like that, they leave sharper edges. The yellowing of the plant is also another possible symptom of potassium deficiency.

On top of the symptoms matching potassium deficiency the plants they are showing up in (hygrophila) are especially susceptible to potassium deficiency.
