Hi
Ca needs to be more then 10 ppm and takes at least a month to get it lower. Mg is not like that. Mg can be dosed daily in trace like low dosage.

Because your levels are more under control now you can go for 10 ppm NO3 and 1 ppm PO4. Calculator recommendation is 2 ml SS and 3 ml PF.

Once your water parameters get stable, dosing will be the same and testing unnecessary for several weeks.
