If you go to the forum -
Aquatic Plant Central- aquascaping...a living art > Advanced Topics Forums > Science of Fertilizing > PPS Analysis and Feedback
and press new thread you should receive the following questions:

Do you find the PPS system easy to use?

How often do you do a water change?

Do you use CO2?

What is your aquarium's water volume?

What type of lighting do you use?

How many watts of lighting do you have?

Please describe the condition of your plants.

Please attach the PPS Excel Spreadsheet.
