Default Recommended Nutrient Levels

For purposes of ordering test kits that test in the range I need, what nutrient levels am I shooting for? I'll fill in the ones I was able to find:

NO3 - 30ppm
PO4 - 2ppm
Fe
K
KH
GH
Ca - 20-30ppm
Mg - 5-10ppm
C02 - 30-40ppm

Am I missing anything?

Default Re: Recommended Nutrient Levels

Hi

That depends on the fertilizing system. For PPS-Classic we maintain stable levels of;
NO3, 5 – 30 ppm
PO4, 0.1 – 2 ppm
K, locked by PPS solutions, no need to test
Ca, 10 – 30 ppm, CaSO4 for best results
Mg, 1 – 5 ppm
KH, 0 – 3 dKH
Fe, locked by PPS solution, no need to test
CO2, one bubble per second 24/7, no need to test
Water – gas equilibrium, small aeration or HOB 24/7

The latest system PPS-PRO does not require testing.
In 1 litre bottle #1:
59 grams K2SO4
65 grams KNO3
6 grams KH2PO4
41 grams MgSO4
Fill up with distilled water.

In 1 litre bottle #2:
80 grams of TE Mix, CSM+B or equivalent
Fill up with distilled water.

Dose every morning, gallon / 10 [in ml].

Example:
For 100 gallon aquarium dose 100 / 10 = 10 ml. Dose 10 ml of #1 and 10 ml of #2.
For 50 gallon aquarium dose 5 ml.

Thank you
Edward
