I was using the following strength solution...

Can't you still use them?
I used the 1 L mix (1000 mL) mix (divided by 2) but I only made up 500 mL. You may still be able to use your containers.
I have Lab containers that will hold from 50 mL to 1L and they work well.
There's always pop or water bottles that are available. If you have some, can you use them?

What to do?

Re: Newbie Guide to PPS-Pro
For example, for K2SO4, 1ml gives 0.6ppm to 10G, isnt that too low, that will make 4.2ppm per week for K?

What is in your drop checker?
Did you use aquarium water or a known KH solution?
Is your CO2 system DIY or pressurized?

The total daily dosing amount of K in the solution from KNO3, KH2PO4 and K2SO4 is ~ 1.33 to 1.41 ppm or over 9 ppm for the week.
This is discussed in this thread. It's a page or two back.

I guess that we all have been in a fog sometimes or maybe many times in our life.
Mr. Jimi has a song about being in a "fog." I hope that this brightens up your day a little bit. http://youtube.com/watch?v=cnFSaqFzSO8
Thinking about your discus tank; this may help: http://youtube.com/watch?v=8aUDVpHxw9c

Re: Newbie Guide to PPS-Pro
My understanding is you can only do the measurement if you know the change in ph when adding the CO2. It is the change in ph that is the indicator, the original kh and ph. That is why drop checkeer use a known kh solution, so they get reproducible results. If slowly.
