Default TE concentration PPS-classic vs PPS-Pro

Hi,
Just reading up on the PPS method and keen to give it a go in my recently rebuilt 4ft planted tank.

I was wondering if anyone could explain the reason for the different TE concentrations in PPS-classic vs PPS-Pro?

As far as I can tell:
-PPS-Pro is 80g/L dosing 1mL/10 gallon; and
-PPS-classic is 48g/L dosing 1mL/10 gallon;

Thanks,
Ben

Hi
Both produce great results because plants are incredibly flexible in trace element requirements. PPS-Classic was designed for long term no water change conditions so minimum amounts are dosed without the risk of overdosing. PPS-Pro grows perfect plants also with more trace elements to support harder water conditions and use of water conditioners.
