Default First time PPS-pro problems - Plants dying

Hey all,

I just started PPS-pro about 2 days ago, and maybe something is wrong with my mixing of chemicals? Basically on the first day, I mixed all the chemicals (macros and micros separately), shook it EXTREMELY WELL and placed in the stand for the next morning. It is in 500mL Flourish Excel bottles so I am not afraid of air or light coming through that may affect the solution.

So I dosed it on the second day (in the morning) and it was pearling like crazy approximately 2 hours later. I have never seen my plants pearl that much before. Then the next day there's like absolutely no more pearling. Then now the leaves of my 'grass plants' ( I dont know the name of them) starts to wither and it's dying. It's not dark green anymore, it's turning light green and it's melting away like crazy. My anubias leaves are also dying by melting and can see through the leaves as well.

I am going to make another batch, should I continue PPS-pro until my plants recover? Or Should I make sure that my second batch is EXACTLY the amount by double/triple checking the mass of each dry chemical?

Some help please! I don't like seeing my plants dying like this. Thanks!
