Default pps pro and discus

Anyone using pps pro keeping discus? I'm wondering if the nitrate and phosphate levels will make for less than optimal conditions for these delicate fish.

You could always adjust the formulas to fit the tanks needs as well

I have been running my 52 gal tank for more than a year using PPS pro and my plants are great. I check my water regularly for KPN and conductivity and have found that you will need to do at least a 20% water change weekly to keep from having an increase in "stuff" in your aquarium.

I would also consider a UV system for Discus. I have one for algae control but I'm sure it would be great for a discus tank as well.

One thing about discus you might want to consider is that the largest fish secrect a hormone that suppreses the growth of the smaller discus in the tank. It takes large regular water changes to keep the growth of the smaller fish continuing. If you want your fish to do well you will need to do the water changes.
