check my calcs, please PPS Gurus Edward and Discus,
I haven't gotten around to getting my ferts from gregwatson, but I've been able to pick up what I need (N,P,K) form other sources. I want to use stump remover (KNO3), Fleet (PO4), and Potash (K2O). Googling the Fleet concentration, I see that is has a concentration of 131ppm of PO4. The potash I picked up from a nursery, and the bag states that it is 0-0-60, so I assume that it contains 60% K.
Back calulating from the PPS pdf files, I see that I need (per 500mL) 12.50g NO3, 4.17g of PO4, and 16.67g of K.
Therefore, my SS should have:
20.38g of KNO3, 31.8mL of Fleet, and 14.67g of K2O.
My NF should have:
31.8mL of Fleet and 27.78g of K2O.
The PF should have:
20.38g of KNO3 and 14.67g K2O.
Are these numbers right?
