If you have the Rotala Magenta (the narrow leaf macrandra) for sale, and are willing to ship international to the Netherlands, please let me know by PB. Paying using Paypal is no problem. The plants will arrive just fine as long as you put the roots of the stems in moist tissue paper and wrap that with newspaper, put it in a plastic bag so it won't hurt or destroy other postage.

I have bought and received plants from India, Germany, Asia and England. As long as you don't send live animals and make sure the plants can't leak onto other post, there can be no problem. Dutch law does not forbid sending plants, as long as it does not "hurt" other mail.
