can you PM me a pic of this exact chunk or one like it please? 55g flat back hex is what I got I think, cant find this tank at any store or website. I got a nice chunk of MOPANI but even after soaking for 7 whole days in new water every 8 hours it still has a ton of tannins in my small tank.

Mopani is notorious for leaching tannins for long periods. Manzanita leaches much less for a short period, and lasts longer in the aquaria since it is a harder wood. PM Sent.
