Default FS: Fissidens fontanus

Hi,

I've thinned out my tank, and now have a whole lot of Fissidens fontanus to get rid of. I do have snails and there is a little bit of algae in the tank they are from, but before shipping i'll have them dipped (in that purple stuff, potasium p.....something) to get rid of bit of algae that might be in there.

Each portion is $12
1 portion = Slightly larger than a golfball and almost as dense.

Shipping will be $6 flat.

Non CC paypal only.

Potassium permanganate, and from what I've read, it also kills snails/eggs, which would hopefully "sterilize" the moss for those receiving it. BTW, wear gloves - it stains your hands!!

here's a Wiki ref: A dilute solution (10mg/l) of potassium permanganate can be used to eliminate snails from plants prior to placing them in a fresh-water aquarium.

Sorry I'm my tanks aren't ready, or I'd buy some!

I've seen the Fissiden that kkau1 is selling, and it is great stuff! Very healthy. kkau1 is very generous in his portions, and with the Potassium permangenate dip you should only be getting Fissiden - no hitchhikers.
Bump for awesome plants.
