Default WTB Apisto Elizabethae

I will be looking to buy some A. Elizabethae in early June. Actually, I'd love to trade for some but if nothing comes along offer wise, I can buy.

Anyone out there breeding these guys? I am looking for a nice variant. Pics a must. I will buy imported wild fish, but I'll pay more for tank bred specimens.

Thanks for looking!

EDIT: I know ApistoDave on aquabid has these from time to time, but due to poor feedback, I'm not interested. Any other direction as to who has these fish would be cool tho.

4 negatives out of 781 transactions is pretty good feedback when dealing with livestock, IMHO. .. Dave's stock is just awesome. Things happen, and there are lots of idiots in this world. Far more than 4/781 in fact.

Yup, I check aquabid pretty regularly. I'd rather buy from a APC member or someone that is breeding these. 2fishguyz pics are not all that impressive, maybe when they get them I'll ask for a clearer one. they always look stressed and overstocked in the holding tanks- not a $45 fish i want to buy.

Otherwise, a good friend of mine had issues with apistodave and long story short, i still would rather buy from someone else.

The folks that run 2 fish guyz are members of the cichlid club here CCA. Ive never heard anything bad about them, in fact folks are always impressed with what they bring to meetings. Ive gotten some borelli from them before that were nice as well.

Dont let that one person ruin it. The vendor mentioned already has same amount of negative feedback in quarter amount of transactions and time. Want more? I will give it to you.

Want more what? Specific feedback like bigstick gave? Sure. I understand not letting one bad feedback ruin a purchase- APC doesnt really have a feedback forum that gets many posts, so yes, please do tell me about your experience with the two vendors.
